Day 1: Delhi Arrival

Your Taj Tour with exotic Hills begins as reach Delhi. On arrival our Go Heritage India Journeys representative will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel to check-in. In the evening you are free for leisure activities. Special theme dinner is organized for you and your family by Go Heritage India Journeys staff so as to give you the first taste of Indian hospitality. Have dinner and spend the night in the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi

Morning after breakfast proceeds towards sightseeing of Delhi. We start with sightseeing of New Delhi and then continue toward Old Delhi. A guided tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India; the Raj Ghat - the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi where he was cremated and the majestic Red fort- a marvel of Mughal buildings.

In the afternoon an extensive guided tour of New Delhi or Lutyens Delhi would include a visit to the the Qutub Minar, the Humayun's Tomb, a drive past the ceremonial avenue - the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the palace like President's Residence (Rashtrapati Bhawan), Rajpath and would end with a drive through the Lotus Temple. In the evening you can enjoy the light and sound show at the Red fort. Night stay in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra (206 kms / 4 Hr)

In the morning after breakfast you will be driven to Agra to explore more of the tour to Taj Tour with exotic Hills. En-route stopover at Sikandra- the landmark on the horizon of Agra city. Upon arrival proceed to the Hotel. After relaxing move out for an excursion trip to the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah- the exquisite architectural structure which was a forerunner of the Taj. After admiring the Mughal gems transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay and Mughali dinner.

Day 4: Agra - Delhi - Shimla

In the morning you will go for Taj tour witness the glory of Taj Mahal that entails the undying love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz. We conclude our Taj Tour with a visit to the tomb of Agra fort. There after we dive back to Delhi to head towards our next destination Shimla. On reaching Delhi drive to Shimla. The distance of about 343 kms will be covered in about 6 hrs before reaching Shimla. On arrival transfer to the hotel for a night stay in Shimla.


Day 5: Shimla
Soon after your breakfast we start with the sightseeing of Shimla. Take a stroll down the Shimla's famous Mall Road to see old colonial buildings, souvenir shops and eateries. Following this, we take you to the highest point in Shimla – the Jakhoo Hill from its great height you can get a superb views of the town and its surroundings.

Summer Hill is a fascinating destination and a must visit in Shimla as it is here where Mahatma Gandhi used to stay during his visits to Shimla during British era. We then proceed to our next destination that is Tapta Pani and late in the evening to Lakkar Bazaar will surely charm you with its variety of logs. Later in the evening transfer back to the Hotel for a nigh stay in Shimla.

Day 6: Shimla - Chandigarh (120 kms / 2.5 Hr)
Rock garden - Chandigarh Morning after breakfast in the hotel, we start our drive towards Chandigarh- the first man made city post independence of India, designed by the French architect, Le Corbusier. On arrival in the city check into the hotel to relax. In the evening visit the Sukhna Lake; an artificial lake at the foothills of the Himalayas and enjoy the cool breeze and the beauty of serene waters. You can also indulge in some water sport activities like boating, yachting and water skiing. Afterwards move back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 7: Chandigarh - Delhi Departure
Morning we take you for sightseeing of this enormously beautiful city of Chandigarh. Visit the world acclaimed Rock garden. It houses some of the best art object made out from industrial and urban waste. Next we move on to a Zakir Hussain Rose Garden Asia's largest Rose Garden which showcases nearly 1600 exotic varieties of roses. Later in the afternoon we proceed towards Delhi. Upon arrival in the capital city board the flight for onward journey.
