Day 1: Delhi Arrival
As you arrive to Delhi our G.H.I.J. representative will transfer you to the hotel where your room is ready to welcome you and give you the first taste of Indian Hospitality. In the evening you can enjoy shopping in the busy streets of Connaught Place or in the traditional ethnic bazaars of Dilli haat. Overnight will be in Delhi.Day 2: Delhi
After an early breakfast in hotel take morning tour of tour of Old Delhi visiting the Rajghat (cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi), the massive Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in India) drive past the magnificent Red Fort and the past silver lanes of Chandni Chowk. Post Lunch drive through the ceremonial avenues of New Delhi and see India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan (President's House), Sansad Bhavan, Government Secretariat Buildings and not to miss Qutub Minar Complex, Humayun's Tomb and the beautiful Lotus Temple. We would also organize optional activities for you in Delhi that includes Light and Sound Show and Traditional Indian Dinner. Overnight will be at Delhi.Day 3: Delhi - Udaipur (700 kms - By Train / Flight)
In the morning check out of the hotel too catch an early morning flight to Udaipur-the lovely lakeside capital of Mewar. On arrival in the beautiful city of lake check in at the hotel and freshen up and relax. In evening you can take a walk through the narrow lanes and enjoy shopping at colorful & vibrant Bazaars famous for silver jewelries and tie and dye fabrics. You can also enjoy a Boat cruise at Lake Pichola and experience the breathtaking panoramic views of the sunset also opt for a visit to Jag Mandir Palace. Night stay will be in Udaipur.Day 4: Udaipur
Today, enjoy a daylong sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Start your journey by visiting the famous Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, must see the Pratap Memorial with a bronze statue of the Maharana astride his favorite horse “Chetak Later, see the Sahelion ki Bari built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his beautiful daughter with garden complex with fountains and lakes. Later in the afternoon take a lake cruise on the placid waters of Fatehsagar Lake by sunset. After exploring the major attractions of the city move back to the hotel for a night stay.Day 5: Udaipur - Pushkar (250 kms / 5 hrs)
After an early morning breakfast in the hotel drive to Puhkar. Upon arrival in Pushkar - check into the hotel and after brief rest leave for half day tour of Pushkar. In the evening proceed for n half-day sightseeing tour of Pushkar; which is known to be the pilgrimage places according to the Hindus because of Lord Brahma (the Creator of universe) and his wife Saraswati (the goddess of learning) performed a ritual in the lake. Here we will visit the Brahma Temple, only temple in India dedicated to the creator of the universe, Lord Brahma. You can also intermingling with the local lifestyle of the people in the local bazaar. Pushkar is also world known for colorful annual fair also known as Pushkar ka mela (colorful cattle fairs) held each year during kartik poornima (full moon) in the November each year. Later in the evening one can visit the Pushkar Lake and capture incredible views of the sunset. Late relax at your hotel for an overnight stay.Day 6: Pushkar - Jaipur (130 Kms / 2.5 Hr)
After breakfast today, we drive towards Jaipur - the royal capital of Rajasthan, India. Upon reaching the guest will be taken to the hotel. Evening will be made pleasant by a visit to Chowki Dhani 5 star ethnic village resort where you will feel the magic of village life. Enjoy Rajasthani & Continental cuisine with live music, astrology, games, folk dances and music. Transfer back to the hotel for a night stay in Jaipur.Day 7: Jaipur
This morning after a sumptuous breakfast leave for a city tour of Jaipur. Visit the impressive Amber Fort, the first of the three forts built by the rulers of Jaipur; although deserted, it offers a magnificent insight into the lifestyle of the royal Mughul families. Enjoy a royal elephant ride up to the hill top. Drive past the Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds that was specially designed for the royal ladies so that they could watch the royal processions without being seen. Late afternoon you will visit the City Palace museum, walk across the Jantar Mantar an astrological and astronomical observatory. Rest of the evening you are free for individual activities. After exploring the city, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
