Day 1: Delhi Arrival
On your arrival at Delhi, our Go Heritage India Journeys tour representatives will be there to assist you to the pre booked hotel. Check in at the hotel. At Delhi, enjoy your evening shopping and visiting the local bazaars. Overnight at the hotel.Day 2: Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast step out for a daylong guide tour of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad), which includes the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk & just opposite the Red Fort is the imposing Jama Masjid along with other attractions. Later post lunch drive past through impressive boulevards and buildings such as Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s Residence), India Gate and Central parts of Lutyen’s Delhi (New Delhi). Evening shop around the busy shopping complex of Connaught Place. Return back to your hotel later in the evening. Night stay will be in Delhi.Day 3: Delhi - Agra (206 kms / 4 Hr)
In the morning after breakfast you will be driven to Agra with en route visit of Sikandra Fort. On day three of Taj Mahal Tour you will pay a visit to Agra Fort and the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah. The evening shall be free for shopping arcade in the city from where you can shop for some of the exquisite handicrafts. Later in the evening move back to the hotel for a special theme dinner organized by our Go Heritage India Journeys staff followed by a comfortable stay at the hotel.Day 4: Agra - Jaipur (240km - 5hr)
Early morning after the meal witness the glory of Taj Mahal that symbolizes the eternal love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz. On day four drive to the pink city of Rajasthan stopover at Fatehpur Sikri, the royal city of Akbar the Great. An architectural marvel wrought in red sandstone, Fatehpur Sikri simply fascinates every visitor for life. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel for a overnight stay at the Hotel in Jaipur.Day 5: Jaipur
Today on the fifth day of Taj Mahal Tour & City Palace explores the fascinating and royal structures of Jaipur. After breakfast the tour begins at Amber Fort, the former palace of the Rajput rulers of Jaipur. Experience the glory of Amber Fort on an elephant back and later enjoy a sight. Later this afternoon you will visit the City Palace, where you will see delightful blend of Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. In this palace you would see different miniature paintings & cradle room. Next we visit the Solar Observatory known as Jantar Mantar an astronomical treasure house. Post lunch shall include some leisurely activities such as shopping or you can witness the famous Hawa Mahal which shall conclude the day and you shall reside in the hotel for the night. Special dinner will be served for you and your family specially organized by our Go Heritage India Journeys staff along with some cultural programs.Day 6: Jaipur - Udaipur (By Flight)
As part of the Taj Mahal Tour & City Palace, enjoy an early morning flight to Udaipur also noted as the City of Lakes. Upon arrival, transfer to pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and proceed for a half-day tour of the opulent City of lakes. In the evening enjoy the boat cruise along the placid waters of Lake Pichola and capture the breathtaking view of the island palace- Jag Mandir. Later, return to the hotel to spend the night.Day 7: Udaipur
On your Taj Mahal Tour proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit the most enchanting tourist attraction of Udaipur- the City Palace City Palace boasts of the wonderful fusion of Medieval, European and Chinese Architecture. Next we visit yet another famed attraction in Udaipur Shaheliyon Ki Bari (the Garden of Maidens). Next we set out to visit the beautiful Jagdish Temple noted for its beautiful sculpted images and towering shikhara. Lavish lunch is served for the guest. Evening can be enjoyed shopping in the bustling markets of Udaipur. In the late evening move back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Udipur.
